The Interview

About two weeks ago, Mr. Ben lost his job, because his corporation needed to decreased some staff whose degrees are lower than others people’s. Unfortunately, Mr. Ben hasn’t any degree and he graduated from a generally university, but others graduated from famous universities. Although Mr. Ben is a friendly person, he always wants to help his colleagues. Therefor all of colleagues wants him to leave.

Because he must find new job. One day, Mr. Ben had been sleeping, and suddenly someone called his phone. A big corporation’s HR told him that he could go to a corporation and accept an interview. When he hang up the phone, he got up quickly and ate some food. Actually he really didn’t know whether he could succeed in the interview. When he arrived at this company, he found just three people came here to be interviewed for this job. Suddenly he found others two people has perfect experience and high status.

The interview began, when HR asked to other people a question, and by chance this person didn’t know how to answer this question and Mr. Ben knew this question’s answer he ceaselessly used a low voice to remind this person.

About five days later, this corporation’s HR told Mr. Ben “Congratulations, you have been hired”. Mr. Ben were really believe that was true, and he asked HR why he succeeded the interview. The HR replied “because we found you like to help others even though they are your competitors and you did not have good degree, so we need this people such as you.
